What:
Eberron is a Dungeons and Dragons campaign setting, which puts emphasis on and draws inspiration from the Pulp and Noir genres.

Why:
Several artists on Deviantart have created fan art of Eberron, and a few expressed interest in having a group.

How to Join:
Please send a note to an admin, requesting entry, and giving a link or two to Eberron-related pictures you would like featured in the group. We'll accept any level of skill, and any medium, including miniatures. An admin will reply when you have been added.

After Joining:
Unfortunately, Deviantart does not have an automated group art-submission thingy. To sumbit a picture, please upload it to your regular deviantart account, and note an admin ( ~rillani or ~jacksonsuperstrat ) with a link to the picture and a description of how the picture relates to Eberron. The admin will then upload the picture to the EberronFanArt account.

What to Submit:
As this is not a general D&D group, please submit fan art that is closely related to Eberron. That means:

Yes: PCs and NPCs in your Eberron campaign
No: PCs and NPCs in your non-Eberron campaign
Yes: Eberron races, cultures, and monsters
No: Depictions of non-Eberron races or cultures (Xendrik drow are okay, but no Menzobaranzan [Forgotten Realms] drow)
Yes: Locations in the Eberron world (including little places you invent)
No: Non-Eberron locations, such as Thay, Sigil or a homebrew world.

To avoid legal issues, the group won't post pictures that are published by WotC, RPGNow, or any other publisher.

Should comments be allowed on pictures?

Pros: More community development as members (hopefully) talk to each other more.

Cons: Deviantart won't notify you guys when someone comments on the group's copy. The comments made on the group's copy also won't show up on your original page.
